CheckRise – Daily Check-in Service

CheckRise is a daily SMS check-in service for people living independently. Every day, we send a text message asking you to confirm you're okay. If you don't respond, we automatically alert your designated care circle contacts.

How It Works

Sign up and choose your daily check-in time
Add care circle contacts (family, friends, neighbors)
Receive a daily SMS check-in at your chosen time
Simply reply to confirm you're okay
If you don't respond, your care circle is automatically notified

SMS Messaging & Opt-In

CheckRise (operated by Rocket Media Group Ltd) sends recurring SMS messages only to people who opt in. During signup at checkrise.co/signup you enter your phone number and check a consent box that is unchecked by default. The consent reads: "I consent to receive daily SMS check-in messages and automated voice calls from CheckRise at the phone number provided. Message frequency: 1–3 messages per day.
